BARAK, Inc. is looking for motivated volunteers to help with NexGen^SM!

We are looking for project administrators and project assistants to work with the Visual Arts, Performing Arts and the Management Team for the NexGen^SM Arts Festival.

The NexGen^SM Arts Festival is Central Pennsylvania’s only youth-driven arts festival. The two-day, multi-disciplinary event includes a visual arts exhibit, media/digital arts, literary arts, and a performing arts showcase featuring music, theatre, dance, and spoken word from students in grades K-12. NexGen is fueled by the integral and innovative technique of encouraging youth to organize and manage the event. Selected high school and college students are members of a Management Team that is involved in virtually every aspect of the festival—including exhibiting, event planning, marketing, and fundraising over a nine-month period of collaborative training.
